Study Continues to Show Complications for Women with Vaginal Mesh or Bladder Sling

As Springfield Mo vaginal mesh lawyers, we often see the complications that arise from use of vaginal mesh or bladder slings used to treat female pelvic organ prolapse (POP) or other conditions.  A recent European study released in March 2013 at the European Association of Urology conference found that younger woman who have concomitant hysterectomies have much higher rates of mesh related complications.  The study looked at women from 2006 to 2010.  Thousands of lawsuits for mesh related complications and failure to warn of known risks have been filed around the country.  If you or a loved one has suffered from complications from vaginal mesh or a bladder sling resulting in personal injury such as erosion of the mesh into tissue, painful intercourse, difficulty urinating, bleeding, or general pain, you should contact our vaginal mesh attorneys at Preston Law for a free consultation.
